Uniforms
Uniforms are required for every choir member and should be worn to every performance unless otherwise instructed. Every effort will be made to keep uniform costs down, and uniforms will be kept the same for as many years as is possible. Uniforms must be clean and neatly pressed, and complete for each performance or points will be deducted. Each student will be responsible for the care and upkeep of the uniform. The chorus department will not be held responsible for lost or damaged uniforms. If loss or damage does occur, students will have to purchase a new uniform as soon as possible.
Every chorus member will be required to purchase an AMS Chorus Polo Shirt. The polo will be paired with either black dress pants that reach the ankles (no jeans of leggings) and black, closed-toe dress shoes, or with jeans with neutral colored shoes, depending on the performance venue. Occasionally, an AMS or GCHS shirt with jeans will be acceptable depending on location.
***If a student is not dressed correctly for a concert, they will not be allowed to perform. ***
